I found BBC Maestro by accident. A very happy accident, as it turns out. Amazing eclectic content well presented. I subscribed so I can dip my proverbial toe into many ponds.

I’m loving my BBC Maestro course with Julia Donaldson, on how to write a children’s picture book. I love Julia’s clear & creative lessons. I also love that BBC Maestro allow plenty of time to do the course. I don’t feel pressured to complete it & that’s great.

BBC Maestro offers the best in my opinion. I love their site and use it to help and enhance my writing experience. I found them through Lee Child's course and have never regretted it. I encourage writers and potential authors to try out some of the courses. They are offered in a one-on-one experience as if you were in the room chatting with the presenter. It is that comfortable and informal.

I have bought most of the cooking Maestros and they are very helpful, and it's great to have as a resource that is like your own private cooking tutorial to refer back to. Maestro is a great idea from the BBC.

I've been making bread, on and off for more than 30 years. I've been making the same bread, the same way for most of that time. I've learned so much in the few short weeks since I've subscribed and my bread repertoire is expanding rapidly. I appreciate the explanations of how and why, as well as the demonstrations and different techniques. It's been a joy so far and absolutely worth paying for access to such a quality program.

It's a lovely learning experience to pop in, when you have the attention and interest in a particular subject. I spend ten minutes or several hours, before or after work, to feed my mind. Carol Ann Duffy's course has immensely helped me write better poetry and her direction, her delivery, her personality uplifts me. It's unexpectedly delightful to tune in, for many reasons, and I am ready to feed my brain with more Maestros.

I am impressed by the quality of those giving the master classes, the variety of subjects covered, and the delivery of the classes. Overall really good value for money. In the future I will be buying individual courses to keep instead of annual general subscription

Always loved cooking for my family. Experimented a lot with closed fire and open fire cooking outside where managing temperatures is sometimes difficult. Learning from the best in the kitchens helps immensely with techniques and ideas for making food special in our lives. Enjoying the app. Mark

The BBC Maestro series excels in delivering intricate insights into a wide array of subjects. The instructors, who are experts in their respective fields, offer an in-depth exploration of topics that capture my interest. Through these courses, I have acquired valuable knowledge such as mastering the art of cooking chicken tikka and delving into the nuances of character development in storytelling. The series allows me to learn from individuals I hold in high regard, enriching my understanding of their respective crafts. I'm very happy with my investment.

I have used my laptop to follow a course through from start to finish - it was excellent - but I’ve also started dipping in and out of courses on the train or if I’ve got ten minutes to spare which feels so much better than scrolling through social media! The range of courses just keeps getting better.

I am disabled and have recently taken up photography. The Rankin course provides not only the rapid learning curve that I need but also showed me what a disabled person can achieve. Thank you for this and May I request more of the same?
