“Well, I signed up for a course with isn’t accessible for some reason and I’m VERY disappointed. Tried customer service and it’s not helped. I would like to cancel the course - Eric Vitro singing course and get a refund since I can’t access it!”

I can see that you've spoken with customer service in order to try and gain access to the course, but that the last message was from them on 26th December sending you a replacement password to try and log in - did this work?

I'm keen to know more about the videos that have been taken down, so can you let me know the Maestro name/topic and any more details you remember about them?
I don't believe we have removed video content from our platform in the last year or more. On occasion, we add video lessons to a course (bonus content) but we don't remove lessons. None of our courses have been removed from the platform since they launched, even our older courses.
