“Decking good value for money. Does what it says on the tin. Delivery 4 days late. Didnt knock the door to see where if was to go. Just dumped it on the driveway and drove off. Was left to drag 39 planks in to garage with teen daughter. I am registered partly disabled. So wood good. Service underwhelmingly poor.”

“Always reliable. Turn up on the day they say they will with deliveries. Thats why I order here. Sometimes pay a wee bit more. Drivers always friendly. Reliability.”

“Bad experience. Ordered garden slabs and the delivery was a complete disaster. The driver dropped the slabs carelessly, resulting in one slab being damaged on the spot. To make things worse, they also damaged the pavement edging outside my property. When I raised the issue, the driver said someone from the office would call me to sort it out—but unsurprisingly, no one has contacted me since. No care, no accountability, and no follow-up.”

“The driver who delivered my gravel and aggregate was fantastic and went above and beyond. He is a real asset to Beatsons. He emptied my bag of aggregate directly in to the hole it was be placed saving my husband lots of wheelbarrow trips doing it himself. Excellent service.”
