“Great delivery and solid bed which definitely takes two people to build as heavy, cloth base with loads of room for storage. The headboard is very low - I have four pillows on bed - 2 on each side and they are same height as headboard therefore you can’t see it which is only downside otherwise I would have given a five star”
“Bed kingdom supplied the package size information faster than any of the other vendors that I approached, hence my choice. Their communication was clear and relevant. Putting it together was tricky and the manual/instructions were not as good as the bed itself. One of the screws fell out on the first night with the screw hole threads still attached. I have yet to identify which one it was, but it hasn’t fallen apart yet. It takes my thick mattress and it’s just the right height for me with good clearance beneath for vacuum cleaning and air circulation. It doesn’t flex excessively or creak when I move on it.”
“Thought to good to be true when I ordered bed and mattress. But a good bed with even better customer service. There was a warehouse issue and 3 out of 4 parts were loaded on the van. Gave them a call and the missing part came the next day. Brilliant, friendly drivers, I would highly recommend. Obviously cheaper mattress shows a little as you can’t expect a king’s mattress for the price I paid but it’s fine for what I needed 😂”
