“I ordered a pair of fleecy slipper boots for my husband which he absolutely loves. The photos and description were accurate and enabled me to make the right choice as I know he can be quite particular. The slippers were also on sale which clinched the deal. Very quick delivery and excellent quality slippers - will definitely purchase from this company again.”

“This was the 5th pair of Bedroom Athletic slipper boots I've bought. I always buy size 5/6. These new ones are massive but marked as a 5/6. I emailed customer services as they are obviously faulty & was told I still have pay to return them. Not impressed whatsoever!!!”

“Quick to arrive, these are the warmest slippers I have ever had. Had to send husbands back as didn't fit him, there was no quibble exchage them for snaller size which arrived within a week.”

“After issues with delivery from Royal Mail, Declan not only arranged special delivery of my order but also refunded me as a very generous gesture of good will for all the hassle. After all, this was meant to be a gift for my mum. I would certainly recommend this company for the quality of their product but also for their customer service.”

“Order never came! I ordered in late December, in time for birthdays in Jan/Feb, come early January, nothing had come. I contacted Royal Mail who had confirmed that nothing had come in and they were waiting to accept it. Bedroom Athletics kept blaming Royal Mail and told me to keep waiting. They offered me a refund but I wanted my items and requested another order, which I was told was then out of stock. I am now awaiting my refund but am left without my order and disappointed.”

“I ordered a pair of boot slippers, unfortunately there was a problem with delivery by Royal Mail, given the time of year I ordered and the Royal Mail strikes I did anticipate having to wait a little while for the slippers to arrive, unfortunately they still haven't arrived so I spoke with both Martin & Declan who were both extremely helpful and another pair was despatched very quickly to me, these I received on Saturday, lovely boot slippers and well worth the wait, since buying my first pair 5 years ago from Bedroom Athletics I'm hooked and this is the first time I've ever had any issues with delivery, all down to Royal mail I have no doubt. Excellent product and Excellent customer service. THANK YOU”

“I never received my order and have tried to contact bedroom athletics and have had no response. I haven?t had any update on where my order is or if it is even still coming. I haven?t had a refund or anything. So disappointed as I?d heard good things about this brand. Ordered slippers on the 29th of December, it?s now 13th January and I?ve had no response from the company at all. Where is my order ?!”
