“I ordered my item over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn?t arrived. I have tried contacting the company to make enquiries but no one has responded to my latest email.”

“Sorry to say I have not received my order yet! Order placed 27/12/22. Whilst I don?t believe this is Bedroom Athletics fault, and most likely due to RM losing my package, or the current RM strikes, I?m really disappointed. Customer Service from yourselves has, however, been great, and Declan has assisted with trying to locate my parcel, also kindly refunding the P&P as a goodwill gesture, and offering the choice of full refund or re-sending my order.”

“I purchased the Florence fur Black wolf boot slippers in size 7-8 and they're great, I'm usually a 6.5 but I purchased 7-8 so I can wear thick socks in them, I also purchased Monroe fur slipper boots in a larger size 9-10 as they were listed as small fitting and to go up a size, it was good advice as they are the same size as the Florence 7-8's, I was very happy with both pairs of slippers. The Florence slipper boots have thicker fur, a memory foam insole and are slightly longer in length than the Monroe boots and because of this they were more expensive, but worth the extra. The Florence boots don't have a zip but I can get them on/off ok, I have slim legs, the Monroe boots do have a zip. I also purchased the The Esme Blackberry Bobble Sherpa blanket hoodie which is light coloured, quite long and very cosy and I love it. They are all in the sale at the moment January 2023.”

“Ive had my boots 2 weeks and the stiching has come undone on my left foot. Not impressed with these at all. I never opened them till xmas day as i bought myself and my husband a pair for xmas. I would like to send them back as they werent cheap !”

“I love bedroom athletics slippers. I usually have 2 pairs on the go at a time. One for everyday and one for best. Someone asked if I was polyslipperous. I also have a summer pair and spairs for when people visit. They wash really well so just keep giving.”
