“Great product but customer service not great currently. I have placed 3 orders in the past that have all been fine but the latest one not so much, sizing is very off so if in doubt go bigger. I sent back my slippers for an exchange, this was sent a week and a half ago, first class so should have realistically had my new pair by now. I have nothing and have heard nothing, I've emailed and chased twice and not heard anything either time. I will give it to the 2 week mark and then will look at getting the charge reversed and will order new slippers elsewhere”

“Ordered 2pairs of slipper boots, both same size but there was a miss pick and ended up with 1 correct size and the other wrong size. Sent an email and got a prompt response and the issue was resolved promptly. Very happy with the slippers.”

“I was given my first pair of Bedroom Athletics slippers and they are such fabulous quality that I now keep pairs at my parents and my in-laws too! I wouldn't buy slippers from anywhere else now. My original pair are still looking like new and are so warm and soft and comfy”

“Best slipper boots ever! Just in time for winter. I?m a men?s size 12 and the 11/12 (large) fits snuggly - not tight! The solid bottoms are great when you need to venture outside in a hurry to put the bins out :-) delivery was as promised. I would?ve given five stars, but I did not receive an order confirmation email, so I was left wondering if it had been processed correctly. A few days later I received the dispatch note. All good.”

“I have bought slippers and sleepwear from bedroom athletics on a few occasions now, I am extremely happy with the quality and cost of these items, as they are very good value for money, the service and delivery bedroom athletics provide are superb.”

“These slippers are beautiful and soooooo comfortable. The only reason I marked it down 1 star is because I thought that at ?40 they were a little too expensive for slippers. I hope they last a long time and I get my ?40 worth.”

“My only problem was the sizing. I?m a 6. Bought the 5/6 but they were far too small. Had to buy size 7/8 which fitted great and seemed to be a far better quality boot than the previous order which was odd.”
