The wrong product was sent so I had to go out and buy one before my mother came home from hospital really disappointed would not recommend them

I’m still waiting to hear back from someone regarding a fault in the grab rail. The second pin does not clip into position. I sent photos to a phone number because the email address sent to me didn’t work.

I thought I was purchasing a pair of left handed scissors because I can only use my left hand, my right is paralysed after a stroke. I cannot use the scissors/shears at all after trying for some time. I am extremely disapointed as I just want to be able to use them with my left hand but they require you to hold what you are cutting with your right hand.

I'll never buy them again they are very thin not much absorbent my son has wet threw two nappies yes I put two nappies on him cause they are thin even threw to his bed sheets.

The item has been delivered without a charging cable, which means it is dead, and cannot be revived until purchase compatible charging cable.

Placed an order for 2 cane tips, only received 1 in the mail. Have sent an email with no reply and have called 3 times on 3 consecutive days during business hours and get an answering machine. Have left messages with a contact number but still no reply. Will not be dealing with this company again

Good day Leith, Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and it looks like our supplier has sent you 1 quad cane tip instead of 2. We have asked them to send the 2nd item immediately. We really apologise for the delay, but we weren't aware of this issue. We have checked in our phone files and we can't find any records that from your phone call. It believe you might have tried to contact our supplier.
