Very pleased with my walking stick, comfortable handle and having the foot base for stability However not great customer service , I had called 5or 6 times for an update on the arrival of my purchase, only to be answered by a recorded message , every time, in a totally foreign language I could not understand

I feel it took a bit longer than anticipated for my items to arrive. When my items arrived one item was missing which I hope can be located soon. But the items I have received are of good quality and very useful.

My knee brace dose help. Not as good as I would like it to be. Can feel the support is there. Maybe I just have to adjust to it myself

Unfortunately I have trouble getting the paper to drop off. I was doing just as well using the long end handle of a wooden spoon and wrapping paper around that. Any ideas why paper won't drop off?

I have found the hard plastic rubs against my skin leaving a welt when I take the brace off.

I wanted to love it being waterproof, unfortunately it's to uncomfortable for me. So I've given it a 3 star rating. I tried wearing it to unpack some boxes and didn't really notice a huge difference. Just another one to add to the collection, I guess!
