“This is my favourite shop in Edinburgh. There is the most beautiful selection of Clothing from all over Europe, the shop has such a gorgeous atmosphere when you walk in, really lovely gifts as well as clothes, shoes and jewellery. Very lucky to have this shop in Edinburgh, thank you so much biscuit.”

“I bought an item in the sale but it doesn’t fit, I was surprised that you have to pay for returned items as well as shipping, it will cost me nearly as much to return the item as it was to purchase it, so I’ll sell it on Vinted.”

Good Morning Kay, we are sorry to hear that the item purchased doesn't fit. Unfortunately as a small independent business - without the economies of scale that much larger retailers have available to them - we are unable to cover the cost of postage to customers or indeed returns. Whilst we would love to be able to facilitate this, it is just not something small businesses can typically shoulder. Full details on returns and covering the cost of returns postage is noted quite clearly on our website and so we can only apologise that this came as a surprise and would always advise checking these details if you are ordering from a company you are unfamiliar with in future.
