Hi Jane, Many thanks for leaving us a review - naturally we are disappointed to receive 2 stars for us as a company. I understand that you were unhappy with the product purchased due to sizing, hence receiving 2 stars against the product however we aren't aware of any issues you had in ordering or receiving your item to reflect the 2 stars. As a small independent, we try where possible to include a detailed size chart for each brand - which is the case for Suncoo, the brand you ordered from. This size chart is determined by them and provided to us however we always encourage customers to reach out to us via email if you are struggling to determine the size to order. “I love the Emile & Ida blouse, but would love a confirmation of order email, it would take the anxiety out of sending sums of money into the unknown! Despite that, great and imaginative fashion in stock, a definate go-to store.”

Hi Gabrielle, Many thanks for your review. To clarify, all customers receive an automatic order confirmation when orders are placed - these went out to the email you placed your order under on May 1st at 6.10pm and then another with your second order on May 12th at 11.44am. As these are automatically sent from our system, we always advise customers to check their junk folder as unless you have saved us as a contact, these will often be filed there. “I shop in the Glasgow store . The staff are helpful, know their stock and will always try to find you what you need . They will never try to sell you something you don’t want / need/ suit. These are the things that keep me coming back to shop in Biscuit. Great shop , excellent staff.”

“I purchased the Maison Anne Bryce Blush Pink jumper. The photo of the jumper shows the model wearing a crew neck jumper. I paid for the jumper and postage and packaging. The jumper arrived and it was a V neck jumper with a very deep V. It was apparent that the model was wearing it with the V to the back - but no photo showing this. I consider this to be misleading and wouldn't have purchased the jumper. The jumper was returned with the postage, insurance and tracking having to be paid for. All in all at least £10 for nothing. Very disappointed.”

Many thanks for your feedback and we are sorry to hear of your disappointment. Unfortunately we are often limited to using the imagery provided by the brand - which on this occasion does show the model wearing this with the v to the back. As such, we ensured our description clearly outlined that this was a v-neck jumper and that the knit was within our V-Neck Knitwear collection. As a small independent we are not able to shoot all items as we would want due to costs, nonetheless we take your feedback on board and have fed this back to the brand who have since provided a supplementary image. This has been a sell-out style for us, and you had in fact purchased the last. Rest assured we have updated the product with a further note to point out the styling for anyone who wishes to skip reading the long description, as well as adding the further image provided.
