“Great service including monitoring several signnificant changes in planned arrival time. Driver was on time. Commnicated well using the app as I was struck in immigations for some time. Clean car, good driving skills. I would have liked the driver to see if I wanted any information on where we were and what I was seeing. I know that is every passenger.”

“We love to use Blacklane. They are always reliable, the cars are clean and the drivers courteous. I would however mention that the drivers drove a little fast (well over the speed limits) during our last 2 rides. This has never been an issue previously. Not sure whether it is driver specific or due to extra scheduling pressures?”
