“Your app was down the day of my arrival which was a problem, but I found my driver and he was great!! I will give their service a 5, because again my driver was great, but the app was frustrating!”

“We had an excellent experience with Blacklane. Our driver, Mr. Z. Sassi, was waiting for us at the Paris airport and drove us to Rouen. Mr. Sassi was professional, pleasant, friendly and courteous and he dropped us off at the front door of our hotel. This service was very much appreciated after a long day of air travel.”
