“Fantastic service provided for our transportation from Tokyo Station to the cruise port in Yokohama, Japan. The driver Reo Mizazuki was professional and polite. He helped us arrange our luggage so it fit perfectly in the vehicle. He arrived ahead of schedule and got us to the cruise port by the projected time. He was an extremely safe driver which we appreciated. The vehicle was also extremely clean. If we could give ten stars for this service we would! We will be booking again for future trips. Thank you!”

“We have always regarded Blacklane as a company that upholds the highest standards of service quality, and we’ve consistently received excellent feedback from our mutual clients. Because of these values, we have confidently recommended your services to our partners and industry peers. However, I was recently surprised and disappointed by an issue I encountered. I received a $100 coupon, which I used, but was unexpectedly charged AED 270. I raised a dispute and was assured that I would receive a full refund. Unfortunately, the refund has not been processed to date. I remain hopeful that this issue will be resolved promptly and look forward to receiving the refund soon.
