“Driver arrived promptly. Actually 15 minutes early with notice given as he approached. As we are usually ready and fretting whether the driver will be on time or late, we were VERY appreciative of his slightly early arrival and updated tracking of his arrival time as he approached.”

“This is the first time I’ve used Blacklane, though I’ve had the app on my phone for ages. We used them for two airport transfers from Kamala Beach to Phuket airport and our driver on both trips was outstanding. He was helpful, courteous and timely, managing four adults and four large suitcases. Highly recommend!”
