“Blacklane has been nothing short of fantastic. Across our European vacation Blacklane has had the most professional processes, service and drivers. They communicate via a series of emails leading up to the trip, and have been spot on every time. I wish Blacklane was available in all the countries we have visited.”

“The majority of our rides were great. WE did have one ride that was taking one of our surgeons from CAMLS to TPA and they notified the surgeon that they were running 20 minutes behind. We ended up having to call an Uber so the surgeon would not be late to the airport.”

“All worked spot ride from St Kilda Raod to Melbourne Airport. In particular I like the fact you receive the drivers mobile number well in advance of pickup and you can also view the app to see where the driver is.”
