“Booking through the app was seamless and easy. The driver arrived on time and was professional and friendly, and the vehicle was extremely clean with all the expected amenities. This was my first time using Blacklane, and with the introductory discount, the pricing was competitive with other car services. For the return trip to the airport, however, the standard rate was significantly higher than comparable services. The Blacklane return fare was $175, compared to $100 with another provider, which ultimately led me to choose the alternative for that trip. While I’m willing to pay a premium for the convenience and quality of the app experience, the price difference—nearly 50% more—was difficult to justify.”

“Every driver I have encountered was polite, profession, and willing to be of assistance in any manner possible. They communicated well and, more often than not, spoke relatively good english. Always on time and always able to get me where I wanted to go -- even when the exact location was difficult to find.”
