“We have been very pleased with Blacklane’s service which I was first introduced to when I was working and traveling the globe. We just started using them again for retirement travel. The drivers are excellent, communicate well, are on time and the cars clean and comfortable. The app is great and so far has worked well everywhere we have traveled.”

“Prompt, professional service with great communication and clean vehicles matching their description. Expensive relative to other local options, but in developing countries like Argentina where the product is highly variable and clean vehicles rare, the cost is worth it.”

“I am a new user of Blacklane. I have utilized Blacklane for two clients so far and both clients have provided feedback that the service was fantastic. Although a bit expensive (more than Uber) the vehicles are clean and comfortable. The drivers have been great!”
