“So I was just lucky to find this when I googled London florists. Ordering online was super easy. My wife loved the flowers I sent. Her British friend even asked where they were from.”

“Outstanding Customer Service! My initial review with 1star is below but I must say Olivia from bloom customer services contacted me to apologise for my experience. I was offered a refund and they also arranged for a new bunch of flowers to be delivered, which were lovely. Thank you Olivia and team. The flowers were £55 contained 4 roses even tho I paid an additional £15 for the “large” bouquet. All flowers were dead and in the recycling within 7 days!”

“The flowers I ordered were for my mother-in-law for Mothers Day. I had a phone call from the florist to check I was happy as they weren’t able to provide the exact same flowers as in the photo. I was a bit concerned but needn’t of been as the arrangement was stunning, it couldn’t of been better. My Mother-in-law was so pleased.”
