Flowers were not delivered as planned on Christmas Eve. No card was left and tracking said it had been returned to Flowers HQ. I emailed Bloom Local and was amazed and pleased to receive a reply on Boxing Day to say more flowers would be dispatched. Flowers arrived the next day. They were not much like the ones ordered but we're quite pretty and seemed in reasonable health. I then became somewhat confused by a subsequent email from Bloom Local. I accept that the problems were with the courier and Bloom Local did their very best to rectify the problem. I have used your company in the past and have been very pleased.

I don't understand how I place an order first thing on one day , the flowers are then delivered at the last possible point the following day. This is my second order in 2 months. Doubt there will be a third.

I thought the flowers were lovely but I paid for a large bunch of flowers and was slightly disappointed with the size.

Although I ordered a large gift box of flowers they were still quit small and I’m sure not £50 worth of flowers in the box. The receiver loved them but was unaware of the cost. I doubt I will use this service again

My husband ordered the bouquet, I got the email before the flowers arrived saying I’d ordered some flowers which I hadn’t. I was worried I’d been scammed or my card had. He can’t understand how I got the email , spoilt the surprise, nice flowers though

to be honest blooms were fine it was the delivery company dpd, delivered to the wrong address at 9.40pm, left in porch, friend doesnt have a porch,left at a porch where flowershad blown up to other end of the garden, they were found later on the next day! When i phone dpd to say they didnt arrive i was told “ sorry we cant send driver back and get in touch with the florist you ordered them from. not good. Jackie MacAskill

The flowers were lovely but sadly did not arrive on the day (Saturday). I wasn’t advised of the delay until they were finally delivered on Monday.

The flowers arrived on the right day only one problem not the ones I ordered and was told on the day that they had to be changed which was a bit frustrating to say the least

Absolutely beautiful flowers but I must admit I was expecting much more for the money - I bought some flowers the week before from M&S for £15 and if I bought two bunches it would have been the same quality and quantity for still less than half the cost of Bloom - definitely need to work on the price

First the positives: easy ordering, fast deliver Things that could be better: I upgraded to the Large bouquet and visibly it did not look much different than the photo on the web page. Ideally you should say how many more flowers you get with this. The photo had a white vase but there was indication that was not included. Lastly there was no notification the flowers were out for delivery and then delivered.

Nothing like the picture I chose and not worth the money considering it cost £7.98 for delivery which was local won't be using again

I was very happy with the speed of the delivery, and the flowers looked lovely, but I had ordered a really colourful bouquet and the flowers delivered were nothing like advertised not very colourful at all. Still beautiful but I was disappointed they were not as bright as shown on the picture. But I can’t fault the service and speed of delivery!

Although the recipient of the bouquet was happy with the flowers I did not think they were value for money. I had ordered all white flowers as it was to recognise a family bereavement so was very disappointed when they arrived and were multi coloured.

Flowers described as a Sunshine bouquet but more white flowers than yellow. Not very cheerful and expensive for what they got.

I calked to make same day purchase. Unable to get what i wanted and was disappointed. But decided to sennd an alternative which my sister liked. I found the pricing quite extreme given i called a shop in Durham where my sister lives.

Need to improve web site. Instructions need to easier to understand. Eventually delivery was made and the recipient said she was pleased

I was a little disappointed when the box of flowers arrived. It didn't look very fresh. It had definitely been put together over 48 hours before. I paid for expensive flowers. I have used this company before and they are usually very good.
