Loved how easy web site was loved how quickly the flowers were delivered the only downside is I didn’t see what the flowers looked like no idea if represented what I ordered so unsure of presentation These were for an elderly family member who lives in a care home it was her 90th birthday she has no way of knowing what I ordered and cannot take a photo to show me Would be great to link this in as an uploaded photo of the flowers with the receipt??? Just a thought

The flowers were beautiful, but I was very disappointed with the quantity. I had ordered a large bouquet, but the display was very small. I usually use M&S or John Lewis whose range at £70 was significantly more impressive. Lovely flowers, but for size of the bouquet I would have expected to pay £35/40 and not the £70 I paid. Sorry :(

I ordered these for a friend. I had a courtesy call to say two of the colours of flowers in the bunch I chose were unavailable and would I accept a change to the flowers. I said yes, of course. The flowers were received by my friend and were delivered in a timely manner. I personally didn't think they were quite as nice as the photo of the original bouquet, but still ok and she loved them, which is the main thing!

My order never arrived on the day it was supposed to come which annoyed me. But when contacted they were very helpful and sent a apology bouquet which came next day and also have just refunded my money. The bouquet that came was excellent and if the order have arrived I am guessing that would have been excellent.

LOTS OF PETALS HAD ALREADY FALLEN OFF THE FLOWERS (ROSES) WHEN THE BOX WAS OPENED, THEY LOOKED DRY AND A LITTLE TIRED SADLY. THEY ARE NOT GOING TO LAST VERY LONG.

Bloom Local itself was great but the company that done my flowers were terrible I hit into BloomLocal who replied straight away and gave me 50% refund and was also in shock on what was delivered.

The flowers did not arrive in time for my daughters birthday even though the website guarantees same day delivery if ordered before 1pm. and she was not contacted when they were delivered.

Had to chase up my order - MESSAGE WAS A BIRTHDAY ONE & ADDRESS TO A CARE HOME SO THOUGHT SENSIBLY, IT WOULD BE DELIVERED FIRST THING BUT WASN’T TILL LUNCH TIME. ALSO NOT ACTUALLY SURE THE BOUQUET WAS AS LARGE AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO ON THEE WEBSITE! OTHERWISR SERVICR WORKS, ORDERING/PAYING EASY

We usually don't do morning deliveries as we make the bouquets fresh for our customers in the mornings, we also need to check the delivery route to be efficient/make sense. The person who received the flowers was happy to get flowers but unfortunately the bouquet looked nothing like the one I ordered online!

My experience ordering was very good and you fixed a problem I had very easily. One of the orders was beautiful but the other arrangement was very tired and one of the roses was very brown, which was disappointing.

Service good, bought deluxe festive arrangement . When my daughter sent me a photo of it I was disappointed that it didn't look any better than the standard arrangement.

Hello Alice, I am sorry you were not overwhelmed with the flowers. It is always hard to judge flowers by a picture though. I just want to clarify that the expression "deluxe" does not mean that the flowers would look better/more exquisite than "standard size", this is used to describe the size of the bouquet, not the luxury/extravagance.
