The flowers didn't look fresh flowers they only lasted 4 days and for £55 I'm not happy with this purchase poor selection of flowers didn't looking nothing from your site.

Although sometimes we have to use substitutions depending on the availability of the flowers, we do try to keep the overall presentation and look of the bouquet as close to what you ordered as possible. Disappointed not to be offered any form of discount for not being able to fulfill my order to as advertised at very late notice (distinctly different bouquet in appearance). Though I appreciate this is supply dependent, more should be done to appease customer disappointment

Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback with us today, this assists us greatly in improving our service. On occasion, we will not have stock requested to fulfill your order exactly, as with all businesses some products sell out and we have no choice but to substitute. When this happens we try to reach out to you as soon as possible with the choice of accepting a florist substitution or canceling the order. Substitutions are of equal value or more, with this in mind we cannot always offer a discount, but instead, try to ensure the flowers arrive in time for birthdays and other occasions. We of course always, regretfully, inform you if we cannot make the desired arrangement ASAP. We appreciate your understanding and patience when this happens and value your feedback.

Delivery did not bear any resemblance to order in that there were probably 30% of flowers compared to photo. Company responded quickly with apology and refund.

I am sorry I have to write this but I purchased a lovely bunch of flowers from the picture on the website for my sister in law for her birthday and was VERY disappointed in them as there was more greenery than there were flowers. It was supposed to be orange colours but instead it was green. I did get in touch with them and they offered a 50% voucher for the next time or 40% refund which I took the latter as to be honest it has put me off using them again. Sorry guys ☹️ But you can see what I mean by the pictures.

I have sent flowers from yourselves on a few occasions and they’ve been lovely however I was extremely disappointed when I saw what was sent on Sunday. The white roses were already starting to wilt and by today some flowers had to be removed and thrown away. I would expect them to last more than three days. Really not acceptable.

Not the best. The flowers looked nothing like the image - pastel rather than bright. I chose a vintage looking floral arrangement in a tin trug. What I received was a hand-tied bunch in a polybag with water - not even a vase or container included despite the price. I asked for a refund and was only given a 25% refund. Pretty poor show and will not be using in future.

Not a great delivery experience, flowers were mediocre at best and would always recommend Interflora harsh but it wasn’t any cheaper and caused me a lot of time chasing…. Will add customer service was good did try to sort it out but they were failed by a poor process and 3rd party supplier

The flowers were meagre so n comparison to the advertised image. I understand if the bloom type may change but the number rod flowers were about 60% of the original shown image. Very expensive for what it aas an poor value for money.
