Was not impressed at all! Ordered hat box , black, with red ribbon, thin candle. Recipient received cream hat box , with thick candle & arrangement didn’t look professionally arranged. Was not advised that box or candle was different from what was advertised. Extremely disappointed, will not be using you again.

Hello Jean, I am sorry you were not delighted with the flowers. I do not know what you ordered so it's hard to evaluate your case. I can tell you though that we need to make substitutions sometimes (check our disclaimer) as we work with local florists who do not always have all the flowers needed in stock. For the money I paid the quality of the flowers left a lot to be desired- some stems broken and some of the bigger red flowers were already wilting. My wife was disappointed with the flowers I got for her birthday. It would take a lot to use you again. Brendan Dowd
