Average flowers arrived at 7pm on the delivery day - by which time my geriatric mother had convinced herself no one cared about her. Estimated time of delivery should be given. Had I known I would have had them delivered the day before her birthday, and she could have shown her visitors.

Spelt my name wrong on the card & pronounced the receivers name wrong upon delivery.

Straightforward service through the website. The website was misleading though... it says something along the lines of "hand tied and hand delivered ... by our network of local florists etc" ... I chose Bloom local because I wanted my friend to receive them the old fashioned way ie, a local florist handing over flowers with a smile. In reality, they were packed in a box, couriered by dpd and the box placed on the doormat by a courier (who knows how polite etc he/she was)... so not what I thought I was buying.

The flowers were not up to standard very disappointing as the died within 2 day of arrival even following instructions they gave over priced very unhappy service

Overpriced! Ordered a £50 worth of flowers and when the recipient posted a photo of her bouquet they looked like something you would pick up in Tesco for £10 - £20.

The flowers were if a good quality but I was extremely disappointed at not being allowed an early morning delivery before 10am. This should have been made known before paying. Had I have known I would not have used this company. This is typical of so many delivery services these days. Tricked!!!!

Not good, sadly the bunch of flowers arrived not in great shape and only lasted four days. Really sad as flowers from Waitrose have lasted longer.

Called minutes after placing order to request a small change / particular colour and they couldn't put me through to the florist or take my request. Very disappointing - should've just called a local florist who could put the flowers together on request and probably for cheaper too..

Flowers did not look like what I ordered. I understand there may be a difference in colour perhaps but I was disappointed with the overall appearance.

Flowers are poor on this occasion, looking quite sad, especially for the price paid. I've ordered previously and they have been fine, however, this bouquet is poor.

Website easy to use, delivery was fine. But the flowers that arrived were very underwhelming. Low volume, small bouquet despite me paying extra for a large bouquet. Overall very disappointing and I will not use again.

Order larger sized sunshine box and looks nothing like what was shown on order. Half the size and definitely not worth the money paid I paid £57 including delivery and could have gone to Florist myself in UK and got something spectacular for less money. Unfortunately I’m out of the country for work. Delivery was prompt and on time, as it should be if paid for

I was very pleased with the flowers but they came a day late coz the delivery man walked to the gate looked at the door and walked off without knocking. Even tho they were 2 people in the house and then took a picture of 2 cars on the drive.

Delivery came on time but I have to say I got sent a photo of the bunch of sunshine flowers I had sent to my daughter and was really disappointed as they were nothing like what the photo on the website looked like. There weee only three orange flowers and the rest was all green foliage. I won’t buy from your again 😊🌸

Delivery was prompt but for the price the amount of flowers was a disgrace. I will not use them again. Nearly £50 for a hand full of flowers. You should be ashamed.
