Very poor flowers only lasted few days paid over £50 for large but should of gone Tesco and got some for £15 very disappointed never use ever again.

I love the look of the bouquets on the site so I decided to use them I decided to upgrade my Bouquet to a large which took it up to around £69 when it was delivered I was very disappointed to find it had three roses in and a lot of foliage I reached out to customer services emailed them to say I wasn’t satisfied and could they just clarify whether the picture was of a small medium or a large Bocquet and I was disappointed in what I paid for and I’m still yet to hear back from them

Although the flowers actually looked nice, the greenery was very dry and the whole thing looked more like a posy than a bouquet. Very poor for the money

Having ordered a bouquet of £67.98 for my mothers 75th birthday. I was disappointed to learn that it had been passed to a florist and they were told the bouquet was for £45 so they made £20 just by passing it to the shop. A few days later most of the flowers had died much to our disappointment

Written already to mention this and had no response but was disappointed that, despite adding the flower food and changing the water, the blooms only lasted 3 days.

Not as promised. Flowers were nothing like described and cheaper products used. I complained I was promised 20% discount which I have not received.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mother in law following the death of her mother. BloomLocal put the wrong name on the envelope and spelt my husband’s name incorrectly on the card. The flowers were beautiful tho.

Hi I am not happy about my delivery at all my girlfriends flowers were delivered a day later than it said in email Saturday 15th when they arrived the person who delivered them didn’t even knock on the door had left flowers sitting outside her house because she wasn’t obviously awake until 2 hours later and the flowers didn’t even look the same. I hope to hear back about this as I am considering a refund because the flowers are now in the bin already.

MY FLOWERS WERE LATE DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT WAS NOT IN STOCK. I WAS ADVISED LATER BY EMAIL OF THE ISSUE AND REPLIED BACK TO SEND ANYTHING THE FOLLOWING DAY. THE FLOWERS WERE NOT PARTICULARLY FRESH AND WERE DEFINITELY NOT UP TO A STANDARD I WOULD HAVE ACCEPTED. UNFORTUNATE I GUESS DUE TO COVID.

I used your company to get a guaranteed same day delivery. The receipt says it was delivered yesterday. Some 5 days later. I can't accept that as a good service in any way. I was not infomred that the delivery had been delayed again.
