The delivery was on time but the flowers were of poor quality. As in they looked old and tired.

The flowers were ok but the roses soon went brown. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t choose the time and they didn’t arrive till late afternoon which was too late.

Ordered one bouquet and two were delivered on different days, I was charged twice and despite three phone calls no refund was given. Resolved after HQ got involved from previous review. will not use Bromley again

Bit disappointed, paid extra for a bigger bunch and wasn’t that impressive, a few flowers arrived dead or heads of the flowers snapped off

Lovely flowers but I made a special request , as it was my partner’s birthday for the flowers to be delivered on the morning as a nice surprise before we went out later in the morning for a days outing. However they were not delivered until early afternoon. Not quite the same to come back and find them in our bin store! I will order direct from my local florist in the future.

Unfortunately I had to complain about 1st delivery being nothing like what I’d ordered and wrong name on the card, You did send a replacement, which was nearer to the order, but I fail to see what was extra for the £10 I paid, for a large bouquet 💐

The same day delivery was fantastic but I was disappointed that the flowers received really weren't the same as what was offered - I don't feel like I got my money's worth
