The delivery and flowers were great but I received no email confirmation/ receipt/ confirmation they had been delivered! Ideally still need my receipt

All fine except I quite clearly stated "anything but lilys" and guess what was in the bouquet!

I was informed that it was a busy day so the delivery would be late. The flowers were fine and it made the receiver happy.

Service was good, flowers good and although it says they might have to change from what flowers in pictures. They sent a bouquet of all yellow flowers and not mixed oranges as well. Ok if like yellow, but too much of one colour! This was an online website order!

Although the flowers were beautiful and the service was great I really don’t think £50 was justified, my sister loved them but however when I told her that I had paid £8.00 for delivery she didn’t feel that was justified from order to where they where delivered, I’m really sorry but I won’t be using your service again

The order was delivered two days late and getting the order out took time. However, the flowers were beautiful and much appreciated. And they were delivered, in the end. Thanks you

Didn't get much for the money paid.my neighbour wasn't handed them personally as she was walking down the street,driver couldn't wait.

Flowers were beautiful but they arrived the day after they were needed and didn’t come in one of those cellophane bags that hold water, so by the time my mother came home to them they were quite thirsty. I appreciated the fact that the bloom support service were quick to find out why they hadn’t arrived and explain and discount the delivery fee. But this was the first time I’ve used this company and I’m not sure if I’ll try them again. It’s very important to support local shops and businesses but sometimes the local shops and businesses don’t seem to understand that they have to perform if they want people to come back to them.

First time I ordered from them, I received beautiful flowers same day as advertised. The second time I ordered from them, I received the email to say they were delivered, however no flowers in sight!!

Great flowers when they turned up. Good communication when letting me know that they would not be delivered when required. Just a shame they were 24 hours late.

The flowers were delivered on time, and looked okay. I was disappointed that it didn't appear much like the picture in terms of colours. And having paid for the deluxe, I was surprised how small the arrangement was that my mother-in-law received. So, overall, speedy service, and she was pleased. But it wasn't what I expected.

Thought the flowers remained in a present bag as the site shows them like they stay in the bag. Misleading. Flowers beautiful though.
