“We needed new handles and latches for our internal doors. After being told by our builder which ones to get we set about searching online for them. Build and Plumb were the most reasonably priced. We ordered them. They turned up when they said they would and we could track the delivery all the way. Completely recommend.”

“Friendly and good customer service let down by appalling delivery service from DX. DX failed twice to deliver and the original order had to be sent back. New order delivered by Royal Mail arrived as promised. Now just awaiting the refund for the original order.”
