“Build and plumb have a great website easy to navigate, theirs was the best price for the loft roof vents, the free delivery is exceptional, I ordered on Monday at 19.00 hrs and arrived 12.00 noon on Wednesday. You can't ask for a better service than that. 5 star will recommend to friends and will shop again. Thank you.”

“Exceptional customer service. I unfortunately had a fault with a product ordered. The customer service team responded within the hour, gave me options for a solution and had a replacement dispatched to me within a matter of hours. Faults happen, but the customer service from build and plumb was fault-less.”

“Great trousers, this is my second set of two. They are slightly more generous than previous but that's a positive. Good price, delivery was not the best for keeping track and was moved on a day without any updates, other than that great”

“Excellent Western Red Cedar Fence Slats provided for my small garden project. Bought 6 boxes with all in excellent condition and look fantastic when fitted. Great service from the initial purchase to delivery and the customer service team was excellent when I had a query. Great price very competitive and cheaper than other companies out there so very happy with everything. Many thanks”
