“The towel rail radiator was delivered on time. Very competitive prices. I was worried when the Item arrived as there was a large hole in the box but fortunately the product escaped damage. I feel this was down to miss handling by the transport company as the shipping company had clearly marked up the box as fragile.”

“A very good price for a 6 piece set of Kent & Stowe gardening hand tools - with a 15 year guarantee. A special offer that was the best I could find on the web. Very good price for the postage, with a couple of extra items included in the order. [ Due to the distance, N.Scotland I did check the postage cost with helpful sales staff who confirmed the very reasonable cost. ] Parcel sent via Royal Mail, [ rather than H**mes/E**i ] with tracking. Turned up relatively quickly so all in all, very pleased. Thank you.”
