“enjoyed the class, it was difficult and very frustrating to log on. No way to contact someone for help since it is a weekend.”

“This is very good, but my squad West Long Branch EMS is now picking up the charges, however I was not reimbursed on my credit card for the 85.00 I recently charged. please let me know when you will resolve this. I have been using this service for years.”

“1. The webpage is slow to load. 2. There are too many confirmation messages, such as telling me I'm logged in. Well duh! I can recognize I'm logged in as I see my Dashboard. 3. It appears that the effort is to make it pretty vs. making it user friendly.”

“I do my courses on my Samsung S4 tablet and many times the course will just shut off on me and I will have to go back in and resume. Some courses I have not been able to finish at all.”

“I get bombarded by emails from them to the extent that I have now started ignoring them and just deleating them all. So much for being helpful.”

“Need to have the same classes offered more then once every 6 weeks. Need to Offer classes multiple times in one week so if your working a 24 shift your able to attend the class on a day your not working”

“I am unable to launch the courses on my home computer and office computer. I have call several times and was sent an email steps based on the device and browser I have. My IT dept was not able to fix the issued and believes it is on the careercert site.”
