“Great training videos”

“Pediatric emergencies are not transferring to CE Broker towards the two hour mandatory requirement. It instead goes towards PMD refresher hrs I have done 6 peds hrs only 1.5 transferred correctly this has gone on for 2 1/2 months now can’t get any help from Medic ce”

“The content is OK. The frustration lies in being unable to take the exams at the end. I've had issues with several classes and we've had to post "alternate tests" at work as so many of our staff were having difficulty with accessing the exams.”

“There are too many notices/information boxes that require clicking a button to remove the notice. There is one after logging on, one that says messages were deleted, etc.”

“I used medic ce in the past and I found their courses excellent for me in that I like to move at my own pace and also be able to reread sections at will I do not like the new format. I also found that in one instance I wanted to refer back to the graph during the narrative, moving back either locked course or made me repeat entire screens. I could not recommend to a friend or colleague because I feel that the new formatting is increasing the time required to complete my renewal and my friends and colleagues are very busy. My questions were responded to in a timely manner even on the weekend by a patient and very knowledgeable customer support manager.”
