“We've (Woodward Fire Department) used this site, before CareerCert took it over, for the last three years. It has been a live saver for us out in rural Oklahoma that struggle to find the NREMT mandatory classes and the time to get all our staff in them. CareerCert is a great option for those who need to renew medical licensing of all levels and to meet the needs of all individuals varying schedules.”

“In the past I have been very happy with the service. Recently I have added members of my EMS service to start taking training courses. The new members have been unable to access the website to take courses. I have called as well as email CareerCert regarding this approximately two months ago and still have not spoken to anyone regarding the issue. I have received an email but the email does not speak on the issues that I have been having. The phone call was received quickly, however they were unable to remedy the issue over the phone. They sent an email to another person with CareerCert who sent an email a few days later, but again still not remedied.”

“Good could be a little more technical. Sometimes change it up a lot of the classes I have had almost exactly before. Tends to be reviews rather than new knowledge. More on biads not just intubation. Take a look at our Maine protocols they are online. Search current Maine EMS protocols. they are online at our state EMS site.”

“Has plenty of course material. Sadly FIRE and EMS don't cross reference. So, if you take one class on the EMS side you still have to take it on FIRE side to get both FIRE and EMS credits. Example: Bloodbourne Pathogens slides and test are identical, but had to take it twice to get both FIRE and EMS credit. Fix this issue and I could rate higher.”

“One major frustration is that I have differing levels of certification (EMT-Basic, EMT-Intermediate, etc.) and I cannot set the initial display of the Dashboard to the appropriate level that I'm looking for. For example, I'm associated with Austin/Travis County EMS, and I am at the Basic level in that organization, but when I click on Dashboard it shows everything *but* Basic. There's no way to change this in the profile or control the default settings.”
