“As an active volunteer/career emt/firefighter these courses are up to date and in my opinion spot on. In these difficult times with covid 19 its difficult to stay on top of ceus to say the least no training's in person. This company offers great refreshers and new updates in ems and fire department. Excellent while I work the 911 dispatch center. Thanks.”

“never took an online refresher, was hesitant to do so. However I found the instructors knowledgeable and pleasant. Looking forward to finishing my recert. Also, I found that picking the dates and time that could work around my schedule very helpful.”

“Both the live and asynchronous trainings have been very good. This was my original review of Medic-CE. But I have revised by five stars to four because this week customer service failed to respond to a submitted request. When I called again I left a message. I eventually received a call back and was told that when the tech team reset the exam I would be emailed. No such email occurred. However, the exam was reset. Similarly, I just took an assessment on the course CPAP and BiPAP in EMS and the assessment had three questions with obviously incorrect answers. I submitted the report in the course evaluation form. I hope this is not an indication of the quality from CareerCert.”

“I bought this CEU program to get immediate access to courses to finish on-the-spot. I took one before I was prompted to schedule classes. The 2nd CEU I attempted to take was not accessed by the Instructor. It is a waste of money when I could have paid for a different subscription from another website to get access to all the courses I needed immediately.”
