“Despite living close to Stratford upon Avon, I was totally unable to find any evidence of the advertsed presence at 31 Greenhill Street, Stratford. Does it actually exist?”

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We do not have a store in Stratford Upon Avon and there has not been a store in that area for a long time. We are not sure which advertised presence you are referring to as we do not list the store on our website. Unfortunately, over time many online directories such as Yell or Cyclex incorrectly list businesses that have closed or relocated. Members of the public are often free to create listings on local businesses so the information is not always accurate or curated to ensure it is up to date. “Estimated time of arrival was changed from 8.10 to 12.10 to before 6 pm. A bit inconvenient but when they did arrive driver was courteous.”
