“Good customer service when I called but was told that the ink cartridges would most likely arrive the next day if I ordered before 5pm. I did, on Tuesday but unfortunately my parcel didn't arrive until Friday - thanks to Royal Mail”

“I was confronted with an error message on my printer that said I needed a new maintenance cartridge. I looked for a replacement on the manufacturer's website but it was shown as out of stock. A quick web search came up with Cartridge World, which showed how many they had in stock and offered next day delivery. It all worked. Ordering was easy with immediate confirmation e-mail. Further e-mails kept me informed of the status of my order including on dispatch. A good experience.”
