“I was disapointed when the local Cartridge World stores disappeared but have to say the experience of using Cartiridge World online was first class. The web site ordering was very slick and the laser toner cartridges arrived promptly. Unfortunately one of them was faulty but customer services (Gavin) was very helpful and facilitated a replacement within 24 hours. How companies deal with problems is always a good measure of reliabilty - I was very impressed.”
