“easy to search and find product. easy to order and arrived quickly. good comms. didnt have an invoice with order confirmation thats easy to download for accounts so have had to request separately.”

“Recently bought two HP toner cartridges online from Cartridge World - very easy to do . Toners arrived the following day properly packed with paperwork enclosed. One of cartridges appeared faulty and would not work properly . Contacted Cartridge World by phone and spoke to very helpful gentleman who, after my explanation, knew exactly what the problem was and offered to replace the faulty one by return - it arrived the following day and now all is well . Polite, courteous first class service.”

“Quick and easy to order. Came the next morning! Worked fine after I put the colours in the correct places!! I don't do much printing so I didn't need large cartridges, these usually last 12 months or more. Great price. Will defo buy here next time if the printer lasts till then. No Epson compatibility pfoblems.”

“Very impressed with Charlotte's service from Cartridge World. Have used them on several occasions, but the service really stood out recently when addressing an issue with a faulty part. Not only was it replaced with no difficulties, but even turned up with a bar of chocolate as well! :) Nice touch!”

“Initially, I had ordered the wrong cartridge and so had to contact Cartridge World and arrange a return. This was made very easy and painless and a refund was quickly forthcoming. The cartridge I ordered arrived promptly and well packaged and all works well. All in all a great service.”

“a bit strange that i have given 5 stars as the parcel did not arrive within 24 hours! the courier used apparantly dropped the parcel off at a different postcode. BUT after sales were straight on to it i did notask but i got my surcharge back well done. and a new parcel shipped straight away. but then the parcel turned up by another shipper! So not good that I did not receive the goods on time but good after sales service could not have been more helpful. i hope and trust that the cartridges are as good!!”

“Ordered two Cartidge World cartridges for my Brother printer at 12:43 on Monday. The order was shipped within two hours and received at the Amazon drop off (local post office) withinh two days (Wednsday 13:28), P&P FOC. Informative emails supplied by Cartridge Worls and Royal Mail at each stage of the trackable journey. Great value cartridges compared with he manufacturer's branded products.”

“Excellent service. Upon recieving an incorrect cartridge, I telephoned CartidgeWorld, returned the incorrect cartridge by Royal Mail and recieved the correct cartridge within three days. Keep up the good working. JimM.”
