Good afternoon Roger Thank you for the feedback and apologies for the mix up. If you had contacted us immediately we could have resolved this for you. Tonight we will ship the correct Brother original cartridges via a courier and email a pre-paid postage label for the return of the incorrect cartridges. Again, sorry for the inconvenience. “The cartridge arived promptly but when I fitted it to the HPPhotosmart 385 there was an error code saying that the cartridge was faulty. I email cartridgeworld and they replied with cartridge reset instructions which were not included in the HP documents and it now works fine. Great service.”
