“So happy with my two purchases from Traditions. They were a fair price and delivered timely. In addition the care taken with packaging was much appreciated. The box got damaged in transport but the items inside were okay due to the fine packaging done by this family owned business. Happy Holidays!”

“I love this store! I've bought a lot over the years from Traditions and I've always appreciated the wonderful selection of items and that I can call and talk to a human being, when necessary. I ordered 3 Halloween figurines this fall from you, and the "Bewitched" figurine by Lori Mitchell, was broken. I'd never received anything broken from you, I called, and was able to talk to someone right away. I sent a photo of the broken figurine, you folks immediately sent a replacement, and I sent back the broken one. It was an easy and fast solution! I love my new "Bewitched" figurine and am happy to buy more from Traditions in the future!- Diana”

“I was looking for something whimsical with a vintage touch and fell in love with this shop. I bought the adorable pink fawn and turquoise fawn box. Makes me happy just to look at them! I plan on making an in person visit to their brick and mortar establishment next time I am in their area! Give their online store a look see…something for everyone.”
