“The robe I purchased arrived promptly. It was an XL. The quality is very good and is lovely and soft on the outside with towelling fabric on the inside. It was a Christmas gift for my mother who was really pleased with it.”

“Poor quality so have returned just before Christmas. You have not either acknowledged the return nor sorted a refund. Overall a bad experience made worse by poor service - you don't even enable an easy return by having to request a return slip online or through customer service which has to be printed - hugely disappointing. On 17/1, received confirmation that refund is on way! Keep your fingers crossed!”

“Robe was lovely but sizing completely out! Said it fitted upto a size 22. I am a size 18-20 and it barely wrapped over let alone wrap around. Fortunately my daughter ( size 16) liked it and it fitted her ok so we kept it.”
