“I bought a lovely Christy toweling dressing gown, the quality felt really great. However unfortunately even though it was the largest size in stock it wasn't large enough for me... With great disappointment, I had to return the dressing gown to Christy. I was sent a returns label and received my refund in a very short space of time. Great customer service, and lived up to the no-quibble returns policy.”

“Towels arrived before I expected them. Thay were as I hoped as I had bought some before Christmas. Nice colours. I had a problem with the website but after contacting customer service it was sorted within 20 minutes”

“The colour of the towels is very good. Hard to buy bright acid green towels. I bought a Christy set a few years ago and in comparison the new ones are not as good quality not so thick and fluffy.”
