“I am at my wits end trying to return part of my order. The deadline is in two days time. At the beginning of the month I tried to return two unwanted Christmas presents using the returns portal but it wouldn’t work, so I called the call centre and they created a returns label but that didn’t work - I went to 3 different drop off point and it didn’t work at any. So I called again and they said it was a national problem and promised to send me another return label but haven’t. I don’t know how to make Christy help me. I don’t know how else to return these things. Awful service. I’ll never buy from them again.”

“We are delighted with the Cirrus Quick Dry Towels. We are very pleased with the bright gold “Sunflower” colour. The towels are a great size, extremely light with a fluffy texture.”
