“We were given some used Christy towels more than 20 years ago, still in very good condition. They're still going strong. I like to buy good quality items that last, because it's more sustainable, so now that I need more towels for the rest of the family, Christy was the obvious choice. Reasonable price for the quality, easy ordering process and very fast delivery, so I'm a very satisfied customer.”

“Excellent customer service from start to finish. Just had a new bathroom installed and wanted some new luxury towels. Unfortunately the bath size in the colour I wanted was not listed so I emailed to enquire if they were still available as they were currently on offer. I received a speedy response to say enquiries would be made as to their future availability and was delighted to receive a positive follow up email. I placed an order and received my towels earlier than advised. Beautiful towels. I'm really pleased with everything.”

“The sheets I ordered are excellent - they are the 400 thread count sateen (if I've remembered that correctly). Very fair price too. Would highly recommend.”

“I recently ordered a bathrobe and bath mat which were on offer. They arrived fairly quickly. The bathrobe was of course gorgeous. Unfortunately, I had ordered a pedestal mat instead of a bath mat, so it had to be returned. They use a different courier to return an item, which I found a bit of a nuisance, but it was my mistake so I guess I can’t complain too much! I’ve given them 4 stars for the nuisance value.”

“Unfortunately i need to edit my review. Chrisy towels are now very poor quality and customer service is poor. It wasn't until i said i had ordered another style of towel that it was accepted that i hadn't done anything to cause fading in the towel i contacted them about. All sorts of excuses for the fading were offered by customer service. However, the other style that did seem ok are now frayed all along the edge. I certainly won't buy Christy again. Quality has really gone downhill. Not worth the money. ............................................ I love Christy stuff so when my old Christy towels that have lasted years needed to be replaced I order 2 sets - hand towels and bath sheets. While these are lovely they are not as absorbant as my previous towels. They also shed slightly so leave a bit of fluff on my face, which I hate. However, overall the quality is good and having tried towels from other places I would go to Christy every time.”

“Actually thought the pillow cases I’d ordered were hotel size, unfortunately they’re just continental. Partly my fault as I knew they should be 60 x 60, my disappointment is that is going to cost me more than they’re worth to return so I’ll get them shortened.”

“I couldn’t stretch to a new orange velvet sofa, so I purchased the Christy orange cotton velvet throw. It arrived beautifully packaged, the colour is stunning, gorgeous quality and plenty big enough for two to snuggle under its cosy warmth.”
