“Dreadful customer service. My parcel was not delivered for over 2 weeks and despite numerous emails Christy's responses were trite, patronising and unhelpful. What happened to making an effort to solve a problem? It only needed communication with Evri to find out what caused the delay. However, as expected the bed linen is top quality.”

“I run a little holiday let. And have used your towels for years. People say why provide white towels. I say they are the easiest to stain clean and with your quality they do truly keep the standard of fluffinesses for a good few years.”
