“I would not describe this transaction as an "experience". The service was prompt and efficient, i.e. just what I expected it to be. I have not used the towels yet but they look lovely. The colour is not as bright as I had hoped. (I realize it is not foolproof buying on line with regard to the exact shade. I took the towel I wanted to match to a Dunelm shop because I was told they stock Christie towels, however, the shop said "no, only on line".)”

“Towels were supposed to be ultra luxury supima cotton but in fact disappointingly are just rather thin common or garden towels with no hint of luxury at all despite a huge price tag. You are paying for the name here not the quality. I feel robbed!”
