“I had to return my order, through no fault of Christy’s, 3 weeks ago. The return process was painful and no sign of a refund yet. Staff at Christy’s have been helpful but no credit yet & 2 emails asking for a review. I have sent my proof of return 4 times in response to many emails from Christy's!”

“Lovely towels, very soft and fluffy. Quite a lot of shed on the first wash though (to be expected with towelling), but hopefully that will reduce. Delivery was slower than I expected but only because we are spoilt these days with super fast delivery!”
