“Very happy with product quality and value, disappointed that some colours did not have all sizes we wanted, i.e guest towels available but not hand towels. Found website could be more user friendly, not easy to get back to basket when looking at alternatives and frequently having to return to home page instead of returning to last page used.”

“My order arrived on time. The towels were a bit flat when I opened the package and wasn’t sure about them as they were my first towels from Christy. However, after I gave them a wash and dried them in the dryer, they fluffed up and are very soft. They feel luxurious and they the colours look better in real life.”
