“User experience on the website was fine however only one option for delivery (standard, 5-7 working days). My package was passed to a courier who returned the package to sender without informing me so I was left waiting for a number of days (you have to create an account with Christy to track an order which is also frustrating). Customer service’s advice was to place another order and wait for a refund and wasn’t particularly apologetic. Will likely not use them again.”

“I bought this natural throw as a Xmas gift for our daughter and son in law to go on their lounge sofa. Christy fabrics are so beautifully soft and always look so luxurious in the home. I have the lace Christy throw myself so I know how long lasting they are. Thank you Christy.”
