“I was looking for a really warm dressing gown which looked good too. This was a lovely deep purple, and it turned out to be super-warm, even during the cold mornings we've had recently. It was on sale too, so a very reasonable price. I love it!”

“Good choice of products, and I know the quality of Christy to be excellent from years of experience. Website can be a bit ‘jerky’. Christy sent me a voucher to use on my first order, AFTER I’d placed my order! But I did raise this with customer services and they adjusted the price of my order accordingly and refunded me some money.”

“Good quality towels -a slightly different colour to on line in real life but still nice -but the ordered got a bit muddled - all fine now and I’m hoping my son will be thrilled with his Christmas gift!”

“Good quality towels. Good customer service. When I’d ordered the wrong size was able to return ( tho I found the return procedure a nightmare as I’m not technical!) only wish they would email me once they’d received my returns & refunded the money to save me worrying.”

“I was looking for a bale of towels. I clicked on Christy and found the towels I was looking for. It stated 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels, so I ordered them. When I got my parcel I thought ok the towels must be very thin then. I opened my parcel to find just one hand towel. Where the luxury is I don't know. I won't be buying from there again.”
